Investment

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

At the time of booking, a refundable security deposit is required. This deposit is separate from your rental fee and will be returned after your event, provided the terms of your rental contract are met.
 

Your remaining venue balance, along with any additional services selected, is due during the week of your event when you pick up your building key. A rental contract outlining all terms and conditions will be provided at the time of booking.
 

If you choose to cancel your event for any reason, the security deposit and all payments made are non-refundable. Please refer to your contract for full cancellation details.

One of the many benefits of hosting your event here is the freedom to choose your own vendors. From DJs and caterers to bartenders and any additional help you’d like to bring in, the choice is yours!

You’re also welcome to provide your own food and beverages. For alcohol service, a licensed bartender is required for cash bars. If you’re hosting an open bar, alcohol must simply be served by someone 21 or older.

Music and alcohol service conclude at 11:00 PM, with all cleanup finished and guests off the property by 12:30 AM. If any questions come up during planning, we’re always here to help.

"We had our wedding during Memorial Day weekend and rented out the entire facility. Joy at the venue was truly such a joy to work with. Not only is this venue on the affordable side, but you can choose ALL of your vendors and even purchase your own alcohol. 2 months prior to your event if no one had reserved the day before you, you only have to pay a small fee extra to set up and have access to the venue the day before. This was a lifesaver, we set up on Friday and held our rehearsal dinner right at the venue! It held our 215 guests with no problem, and the dance floor is huge. Kids had so much fun running around the beautiful ponds and property. Thank you Joy and the Holland Fish and Game Club for being a vessel of memories for our most special day."
