Renting our facility allows you the flexibility to create your own special day or event with very few restrictions.
Our two indoor event spaces offer a clean slate for you to add all of your own unique touches. These rooms can come together as quickly as adding floral centerpieces and bright white linens. The ceiling is hung with delicate white fabric and Edison bulb string lights creating the perfect ambiance for any event!
As far as outdoor spaces go, we have many options to fit your needs including a gazebo with our large pond and fountain as a backdrop, tons of grassy areas, as well a spacious field surrounded by trees. We're confident you will find a space here that works best for you.
At the time of booking, half of your rental rate is required as a deposit. This does not count towards your final rental rate, but is refunded after your event. Your room amount and any extras you choose, will be due the week of your event when you come to pick up your key to the building. You will receive a contract that explains all of the rental terms and conditions upon booking.

One of the many benefits of having an event at our facility is that you are allowed to choose your own vendors! This gives you the freedom to select whoever you would like to DJ, cater, bar tend, or help put your event together.
Another option is bringing in and serving your own food and beverages! As far as alcohol goes, we only require you to have a licensed bartender if you are having a cash bar. If you are having an open bar, we only require that someone over 21 is present to serve the alcohol.

Rooms must be cleaned up and all guests and renters out by 12:30 am. As always, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may come across! We are here to help.
